Acceptance into PayPerPost

Filed under: Miscellaneous — Jorge @ 12:08 pm

After waiting the three month cooling period, I’ve finally been accepted into PayPerPost. For those of you that don’t know what PPP is, they’re a pay for posting service. Advertisers request reviews and members of the PPP can write up reviews and submit for funds. While the money earned isn’t going to allow me to quit my job, it will help to expand this blog. Plans of attack with funds from PPP include:

  • A custom blog design

  • Some advertising to draw readers in

  • Premium widgets and code to improve the site

  • Hosting and registration costs

Any funds left over from PPP reviews will be put toward contests here or there. This is an initial idea, but wouldn’t it be cool to win a certificate of stock from a contest? Everything’s done electronically nowadays that it’s a shame sometimes.

In any event, it’s great to have been accepted into PayPerPost. They have a great forum base and a large pool of opportunities to choose from. Hopefully I’ll be able to bring you all new and exciting products, services, and reviews that can help you invest and stay in the game. They should help bring this blog from a part time hobby into a more serious and informational source for your investing needs.

  1. I want to give you a heads up since I post for PPP. You can’t have your Content Links in PPP posts.

  2. Oops. I knew there was something I forgot to do. I had to do the same thing to the title and a couple of other parts of the theme’s HTML code. I appreciate the heads up. Thanks!

  5. Good luck on PPP… I’ve been doing it for a year or more. It’s worth it, but don’t get over focused on their opportunities! I took some that I didn’t really need to… It was quite stressful when 60K bloggers were all bidding for higher paid posts… STressed me out unnecessarily, and distracted me from blogging.

  6. I figure PPP’s going to be something on the site to help pay for hosting costs and hopefully a redesign in the future. I’m sure PPP can help too on days where I’ve hit a writing block.

  7. You’ve just got to be careful not to saturate your blog with paid posts.

I did the opposite actually, I gave up on PayPerPost a few months ago when the opps were rediculous. Now I started back on it, and have almost made 1/2 of what I made in 5 months, in the last week. I just wish it didn’t take 30 days to be paid, I need the cash!

  8. Thanks for the advice. So far there hasn’t been anything that’s caught my eye. I figure if I don’t see legitimate, interesting opps, I probably won’t bother with PPP. I’ll be happy with enough opps to pay for the blog’s hosting costs for the year which really isn’t much. Gotta give it a shot at least!
