ETFs for Options Traders

Over the next few days and weeks, I’d like to compose and explain a list of popular indexes / ETFs traded heavily by options traders (and I’m sure by equities traders as well).  Here’s a list of what I have so far:

  • QQQQ
  • XLF
  • SPY
  • SPX
  • IWM
  • IYR
  • FXE
  • DIA
  • NDX
  • RUT

If there are any others I’ve missed or any other indexes/ETFs you’d like to know more about, let me know.  I know a lot of this information’s available publicly, but being a relatively inexperienced investor, I have to explain things so that I (and my Sheltie friend Luna) can understand it without any doubts.
