Downtime and more…

I woke up this morning to realize both the main site and my beta site were offline. After a couple of hours trying to find answers, GoDaddy informed me that they were having issues with their wordpress platform and were working on bringing it back up as quickly as possible. The site’s still slow but at least we’re back up and running so thanks for hanging in there!

There’s a new theme for the blog as well. Over time I’ll be customizing it a bit more to my personal tastes but for now the functionality and freshness it brings is sufficient. Thanks to the creators of WP Remix for the great free theme.

Oil reached $100.05 in electronic trading this morning after a 4 million barrel shortfall in the oil inventories this morning. At the time of this post, oil had retreated back to the $99.50 level but I wouldn’t be surprised to see it make another run over $100.

  • Yeah i heard at DP that GoDaddy is down. Feeling sorry for you. Wish they will recover there problem soon!
  • Yeah I had to give them a quick call and see what was up. I even reinstalled WP with the bare components just to make sure I didn't code something which killed the SQL database.
